haven't received it yet. though i rooted now so im not sure if i will receive it ota now. If you are on Tmobile USA good luck waiting for a ota for anything. if anything we might get the market update by the end of the year lol (joking or am i.....)

Like I said, I have NOT received it on my sensation but my wife received it on her MyTouch 4G. Don't remember if it was here or another thread but someonkge said their niece received on her sensation. And yes Google is supposed to be pushing this from my understanding.
I just updated it today manually..its not pushed automatically.

Anyone has a "choice" to stay with the previous version.
All you need to do is freeze "market updater" using TiBu, and then you can keep the current market for as long as you want. Unfreeze if you ever change your mind.
Also if you are already on the new market and want to go back, just to settings - manage applications - market - uninstall updates.
"Choose" the market that you want...

Well my wife and my cousin both received it automatically. As I stated earlier my wife didn't even realize she had it.
How did you update if manually? I checked for Google updates through the phone but there wasn't any.
Select "Market" -"uninstall updates"i did uninstall it but the new market still there

No they do not. My wife has a MT4G with T-mobile and cousin has a Thunderbolt with Verizon wireless. Both of their phones had the update automatically pushed to them. At first I thought the update was coming in waves maybe by device, not so sure now.
Dude go to Google and search new Android market.it will give u the Link for download.just download its 3mb apk.

If you had read the article I directed you to and the top two comments you'd see that the source is from someone who got the OTA install, extracted it, and uploaded it.
Took all of a few minutes.
So yes, it did help.
Edit: The APK floating around is probably for every phone out there. I am not aware of device-specific market applications, but I could be wrong.

The design UI on the new market looks awesome but its slow give it time..........old market not as pretty but its faster

I'll do a little more searching before I give up and manual install. Not even sure why I really want the ora update.

Nothing here, I actually uninstalled the APK I downloaded before I installed the OTA 2.3.4 update to see if it would trigger afterwards and no dice!
Its been almost a month since Google started pushing out the market. Do you think they just forgot about the sensation? I think just about every other device got it by now.
Just manually install it... That's what I did and its been pretty cool..
