Yes, great hardware, for sure. But, with a locked bootloader.
Maybe, it will be updated with a buggy ICS, in one or two years, maybe. :)
As we all guess, here.

I will never buy locked android. It doesnt matter how good it is. Its just not worth it... defy is maybe exception, but we were very very VERY lucky because quarks and defy+

I always supported Motorola ever since my old bulky Motorola phone long long time ago.
Everytimg when I bought a motorola phone, there's always a way to mod it and make it stand tall among the others. Bootloader locked isn't what the big deal here as we all seemed to have a way to play around the rom and get something better than the stock firmware. I believe if this Morotola Droid Razr is released and get heavily support from the community specially those die hard modding developers, we are gonna see some serious beauty in this new Droid Razr. And I'm already starting to skip my lunch to get this beauty monster.

Definitely my next phone.

A question though, old sources say it has a omap 4430, this one live source was saying it s a omap 4460?? Which does the Razr come with???

Ok so I managed to figure this out myself, just answering it here incase someone else has this question in mind.

It is a OMAP 4430, but a later revision at 1.2ghz hence a higher gpu clock.

You can also see it as an underclocked Omap 4460 because its exactly the same in performance at those clocks (maybe more heat for 4430?), just the omap 4460 could attain a higher clock at lower vsel if overclocked.

So all and all, unless you're interested in OC'ing, like me, the cpu is on par with the nexus prime.

Peace~
