I have made effort in making this new home screen!
1-Use nova prime (purchase from playstore).
If you can't purchase cracked version link is given
Link- Mod edit: Link removed
2-Kwgt (got a cracked version from Google).

3-used border light app(from playstore).

4-used one plus 5t star wars edition 4k wallpaper(can use any one of them)
Note-change the border light app colour according to your wallpaper if you planning to change the wallpaper.
Or else stick on to the wallpaper which I have used.

Set borderlight configuration seeing at these screenshots at:

Kwgt- download huk widget(for Kwgt) from playstore at:

Choose widget 42 and 141.
Or can take the same configuration from my backup.

Hide status bar in nova setting.
Reduce the grid size of nova and also enable overlapping widgets.
Remove the item from dock
Note-do not disable the dock just remove the apps from dock tray
Insert the widget in that place
