So from oneplus 8 series oneplus removed oxygen os dialer, Phone and messaging app so obviously we didn't get that in Nord2.
But following are apk can work without root.
Just install as normal apk and make them default apk.

Bugs: dialer record audio but we can't able to hear sound of recording.

Messeging app notifications plays ring tone sound.

Thanks, i had the same problem, the dialer is in fact recording calls but i can't hear nothing

Same problem here .....only messaging apk gets installed

Change the notification ringtone of that Message app by going to app info and manage notifications
