New Ota Global Update help please

I just updated to the Ota ics just the other day, also running Neo Max custom Rom. Now I see there's a New ota update that gives us global capabilities... How do I get this update and install it? Like I stated I'm on the ota ics and have neo max 2.0 custom Rom, oh and I'm also s_off..... Thanks for any help

You don't need that update in NeoMax since Neo made his own GSM patch.

You won't be able to use all the features in the update until Neo updates his ROM.

If you just want to run NeoMax with the new hboot and radios it may work, but I would wait until Neo updates the ROM.

If you really want the new features you have to either wait for the Rom to update, run the stock rom, or use Neo's GSM patch.

Neo is fast with updates, so I don't think you'll have to wait long.
