To update go to your dialer dial *228 wait a sec and a num pad will pop up saying verizon wireless programing make sure you press 2 for update roaming list wait for it to download should say prl download okay! after that hit next and the phone will reboot and you should have prl 52363.
hopefully you should see a signal and dl speed increase.
