New Rom Idea! (SignatureROM)

Okay, I have been thinking. I am not a developer. (Sorry for posting here!) I just would love to help and/or have someone help me.

OKAY, here is the idea.

• Have it run SMOOTHELY on GS3 on ALL US Carriers.
• Run 4.2.2 OR 4.3. (5.0 when it comes out)
• BORROW ideas and features from CM10, Liquidsmooth, ParanoidAndroid and AOKP.
• Instead of NOVA Launcher being implemented, Have APEX used instead.
• Have it using IMO's Lean Kernal
• Implement, SOMEHOW, Multi-Window support.
• LASTLY, have an OFFICIAL Galaxy Note II ROM and S4 ROM built.

What do you think?!

I think the ROM devs have a pretty good idea of what THEY want to do with THEIR time.

Here's a better idea! Why don't you take the time to learn how to develop yourself instead of being lazy and asking asking others to do the work for you? What you posted is nothing more than your vision of what you would like to see in a ROM. So go build it!
