New solution for play Store & Account problems market" with no server message and by clicking TRY one thousand time, and the other problem when try to login on with GMAIL and receive a message " NO CONNECTION ESTABLISH... etc "

1. First of all you have to forget your WI-FI connection.
2. Turn your mobile into " Portable Wi-Fi hotspots "
3. Connect with your XOOM.

For " PLAY STORE " :
1. Setting > apps > play store .
2. Clear cache .
3. Force close.
3. Open " PlayStore " , now it should be open.

Then, go back to the setting:
1. Account & syncs.
2. Add ACCOUNT.

Note: you can open both with Wi-Fi later.

Now it should be open.

The question for xda developers is why it's work with the portable Wi-Fi hotspot and not with normal WI-FI NETWORK??

what worked for me was to temporarily use the cellular network connection and then switch back to wifi. i also opened port 5228 on my router.
not sure why this problem started, it occurs on both stock and cm.
