New tabet takes more then 6 hours to charge.

I recently bought a Zenithink c93.
Im very happy with it, but it takes more then 6 hours to charge from 0% to 100%!

The battery life is about a day, sometimes 2.

Is this normal for this tablet?

What platform is it? That problem is common on rockchip
