* Some team workers to work together with me to achieve our goal
* Yes ! A good name and a logo

If you don't have a project or an idea to work on it's pointless to create a team just for the sake of having one. If you really want to get your hands dirty, join a team, start working on their project, build a relationship and then, when you have an idea, ask some of your team members to help you realising it. If you've been helpful to them, they will be helpful to you ?.

OK can you suggest some teams ...
I like theming, Modding and creating rom projects
But sadly I can't find a better one
