Hey guys I got a new TS10 3 months ago, I noticed that the amp that soldered to the PCB is TDA7388 that for my understanding pretty crap… so I wonder what to do(in a cheap way..), I can buy a new TDA7850 with capacitor that I know will works fine.. I can order an 7851 but I don’t know if there is any modifications needed… or I can order this amp: https://a.aliexpress.com/_EGoxYwp

I would like any advice or something that not really really expensive or complicated as buying a huge amp and start stripping cables…

Hello I have this equipment I am happy but the big fault is that in the calls they hear me with echo (That is, the person I talk to listens to himself) I have installed an external micro but everything remains the same, I think they work both the integrated and the external. Available all over, AliExpress, Amazon, eBay etc, it is a XH-M641 Amplifier Board, but the finished board needs mounting in a suitable case with standoffs/fuse/in/out terminals.

Seeing if anyone can shed some light. I tried to update my new t10 and when I first initially tried to update I got the message that the update was done but it never went away from the screen which you see attached. Eventually I rebooted and now I’m only seeing the Toyota logo.

Is the unit bricked?

Several steps must be followed to return the head unit to work
1-Finding out which firmware is right for you is it if you have a 360 degree camera ts10.1.1 or without a 360 degree camera ts10.1.2 ts10.1.1 & ts10.1.2 firmware
2-After you know the correct firmware, decompress it and put it on a fat32 flash drive
3- Disconnect the power socket from the head unit
4- Connect the update flash drive, it is preferable to have a four-pin USB port
5-Connect the wire of key1 or key2 with the ground wire (the black wire or with the metal body)
6-Connect the power socket(The red wire and the yellow wire are connected to 12 volts), keeping in mind that the key1 or key2 wire is connected to the ground wire
7-After the green update bar appears, disconnect the key1 wire from the ground wire
8-After about 10 to 15 minutes, the head unit will come back to life

Yo cuento con una. en la última actualización empezó a generar un problema, la radio se apaga la pantalla a veces siguiendo con su funcionamiento. Ejemplo escucho música por Youtube y se apaga la pantalla pero el audio y la aplicación está en función. Alguien le a pasado?

Unfortunately, sometimes I do not understand what is required because of the incorrect translation. Do an older update. If the problem is not resolved, there may be changed settings that caused this. Please attach pictures of the device or make a short video of the problem to be clearer and we can help better than that.

So 360 = TS10.1.1
Without 360 = TS10.1.2

I don't have the 360 version, so 1.2 was correct.

Do you know what the difference is between the THEME-V2 versus the THEME1?

Also, I don't recall... how long do I have to wait after it says 100% successful and update done? When I did the last firmware, it stayed in that screen with the logo there for a while. Not rebooting and not showing any more progress?

I'm going to try again with the following TS10.1.2_20220817.113359_THEME1 firmware.

Here’s a picture after trying the firmware, TS10.1.2_20220817.113359_THEME1. After the update completes, it just sits on this screen. No movement. Shouldn’t it reboot and start the actual OS install?

Do you have a picture of the launcher or even a picture of it from the internet that can help to know the firmware

Something to note now. After trying to install the last firmware, It’s no longer powering up. Black screen now and nothing comes up.

There is no problem with the black screen, but the problem now is knowing the correct firmware. I have gone through this before and the problem has been solved
