Hey guys. Do you have any tips to improve the 4G signal? When I'm around my house the head unit gets 4G signal but somehow on the way to get to my office, it losses the 4G signal. I've already put the signal antenna close to my wind shield.

Yes, maybe because the firmware is not specific for 360 built-in. I'm still waiting for the driving os version. But in here that no one has reviewed the trial version yet.But it's not firmware for 360.

Reporting back. Now the unit doesn’t want to boot to usb from the black screen despite tapping the key 2 wire.
This unit might be hard bricked now.

I dared to switch from THEME1 to WINDOW-THEME1 on my Isudar T72, because I like the launcher with the special picture in picture mode.
I used TS10.1.2_20221118.190910_WINDOW-THEME1 for this.
At first everything seemed to work, but I had to find out again that I got audio problems with Maps and Spotify. The music playback ended abruptly with each navigation announcement.
I performed a factory reset (7890) and then installed the firmware again.
After that, everything worked. I only had to uninstall Spotify and then install it again via the Play Store.

Sorry, I know it's hard. Try again using different types of flashes. I'm sure it will work again, but it needs a few tries.
I found some trick in the net, they said it can't disable it. But there is a way to make it clearly. Change the setting in enginering mode..in there we can change the sensitifity of the mic...going to try it...
Found a video on youtube oh how to solve it. Apparently the setting is on the dropdown named Suspension

if I leave the player overnight and the BT will work the next day....
But if I turn it off and on again, the BT will stop working again...
I wanna ask those who uses the TS10 player, are you able to connect the BT on your phone, and then disconnect it and reconnect again?
Because if my phone is connected to the BT and I turn off the BT on my phone, it will disconnect from the player and it won't be able to be connected to the player again even if I turn on the BT on my phone again,,,

A while back, I purchased the T10 unit from Srnubi. It worked perfectly for day 1. All speakers working, subwoofer was loud, everything was great. I came back to the car the next day and there was 0 subwoofer! Nothing was changed, everything normal so I started trouble shooting and I testing turning the bass up on the DSP to max, only then I could very faintly hear the Sub working. I figured I would try to reset the unit in hopes that it would work but now I have a factory android head unit with no running software (except the android auto and carplay software) and still next to no subwoofer output. This lead me to believe that the subwoofer out RCA is not working. I tested all RCA's and they're all very faint (I'm running the speakers from an amp which is connected to the head units speaker wire as the chanels). Has anyone had this issue before and is there a way I can fix the RCA Output without opening up the headunit and looking for faults on the board? And how do I install the firmware that Srnubi has sent through? They've completely stopped replying to me and didn't provide any instruction, worst part is they waited until my 15 days was over to stop replying and now I can't raise a dispute on AliExpress.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Best way that I have found is to connect to the phone from the head unit. go to bluetooth on the head unit and click your phone name. Mine drops every now and then and this is the only way I can reconnect.

Check recommended settings for camera as provided by your supplier (video system NTSC/PAL, AHD or CVBS etc). How the camera gets power? From the head unit or reverse light?
Check location of GPS receiver, place it on the dash, instead under it.
This looks like the problem with your android phone. Google didn't make clear settings to set priority for Bluetooth devices. You could disable sending phone calls to the smartwatch in bluetooth settings. -

Finally sorted out the issue with the Bluetooth on my TS10, the repair technician told me that it was a faulty BT chip on the board and the problem is solved after changing the chip..
Now my BT works fine no matter how many times I restart/turn off the player and I can run my wireless android auto every time

Ok, so someone I know who had this problem has solved the issue. He did a factory reset, and not only did the new firmware remain, the problem went away as well.
I've done the same so fingers crossed. -
86New firmware is now released for the 1.2 WINDOW-THEME1 version - TS10.1.2_20220721.111654_WINDOW-THEME1 in this release have they now put back the FOTA that was removed in earlier versions.

I spent this weekend digging deep into my headunit both looking at the hardware which made me think that if the Chinese manufacturers would put as much effort as they do in faking the hardware/software (Android version) and trying to block all software that will show that its not a Android 11 or 12 unit so could this unit be a great one.
On the software side is the BIG problem that we have a firmware which is made for the chinese market and after that been remade again and again until its so messed up so you have to spend several months trying to find what you looking for and its filled of pincodes to enter settings. They messed up the basic settings for example autostart that will not work or the inbuilt microphone and Google Assistant because the Google settings is crippled. I really wish there will come a CLEAN version of the firmware which is like a Google Pixel phone without all the crap.
The same with the preinstalled Theme app where that one now lately is called ilauncher http://ilauncher.net/ and you still need to pay for the extra themes (well if you have the Chinese version so are there free themes monthly but not otherwise) and where most people have no idea that if you upgrade it correctly will you have support now for Spotify where the songs and album cover will show up nicely in the stock theme.
But there is still no support for the stock theme to use and show song names and covers for example Rocket Music player, PowerAmp, Musicolet, AIMP or Jet Audio Player instead do we need to use the inbuilt music/videoplayer that has a UI that makes me believe im back in the 80s again and just want to make me cry.....65TS10.1.2_20220519.171713_WINDOW-THEME1
