Seems to me that your system didn't install it properly, bluetooth.apk is a program/application and must be installed thru apk manager app in your unit. If you don't see it in apk manager installed then it's not installed. Also, before proceeding to install of bluetooth.apk, I suggest that you go to factory settings and first change bluetooth version value to min 4 and then install new app. Sometimes system of unit can not allow prevoius versions of bluetooth to be installed onto new one, this option controls that. If new one is not working fine with this you can actually set the system to allow installment of old apks that worked in past. Also you must grant all permissions in Google account section of car settings in order to grant install of third party apps.

I did install the apk, but nothing happened when I tried to open it, it didn't overwrite or update the previous bluetooth app that came with the device
What I really need is a bluetooth app that manages calls and music that appear on theme apps liek Car Launcher, Vivid or FFC
i got all my music on mobile and manage it from my watch sometime, can't do it if on a usb

Please can you take a photo of menu in factory settings or menu where are settings of Bluetooth please.

What model and chipset is device ?
If it is TS10-18 unit go to advanced settings with pin code 123456 and set bluetooth settings correctly - version to value 4 or 5, name of Bluetooth device by will. Then save and restart and see if corrects problem or bluetooth is working.
Bluetooth app can be cleared of cache also from apps section in car settings. Try that also.

I´ve done a factory reset before, but that resulted in that al the apps who needed activation had to be activated again. So i think thats gonna be a problem, especially for the voice control.

It did also not resolve the issue of the location (GPS) turned of at boot.
The Wifi in Flight mode at boot did get resolved.

I hope you have other ideas.

Very weird though is that when i got the unit, it had fake Android 12 (I checked it later) , and now since a while after some updates it suddenly shows Android 10 and not Android 12 anymore, when i think about it, that´s about the time the problems those issues started, as wel as that the Car Info Service (also responsible for bluetooth etc) keeps getting a stop error once in a while. witch results in disabled wifi and bluetooth.

I have a vertical TS18.2.2 version.

I found the extra socket at the back, i searched what it is for. I see it was for 360 view. I have successfully changed the factory settings and the app appeared. Then I bought the White Plug for the 4 cameras.

I have an old Birds Eye View DVR camera. (A 2d birds eye view with controller) And I thought I will just unplug it and plug it on the Male connector that I bought. (Easier installation, does not need to buy another set of 360 cameras and instal)

However, all I get is a black screen. I can confirm the cameras are working (I replugged some of them back to the original)

I cannot find any settings to change my cameras (Pal, NTSC, AHD 720 etc) as that might be the culprit. I checked almost every factory settings and I cannot find this. If I disable 360 camera, I can easily find the camera settings and change to NTSC which will show my reverse camera properly.

I'm at loss. This is the old cameras that I have. And the photo of my software. Please I need help, I'm on a vertical tesla style

I've reset many times but no activation is lost. For other solutions I do not know. It always works for me if there is a software error. Basically, all android applications have a system of saved and loaded settings. This is what sometimes errors when he writes and cannot be read when loaded

Hello togther,

what for a nice forum to exchange expirence around the TS-10.

I would like to ask two questions:

1. My TS-10 is delivered with Android 10 and can I upgrade the TS-10 to Android 12 with the file from the download Page? Or is this only the Version number fake?

2. I have a picture from my firmware. Which firmware I have to use to upgrade to the window theme?

    I have Tesla style screen and the layout didn't fit properly (everything was stretched). Due to that I didn't use it.
    After update the scale and layout fits perfectly. Connecting is stable.
    I didn't have to activate the license, it looks like it recognised the device

    Try to set the GPS with the parameters indicated in the quote, See also images.

    hi bro,

    I think the only 360 firmware, that supports your device, (that I know of) should be this:
    TS10.1.2_20230203.135045_THEME1_360

    But in this case you would lose the WINDOW theme that your vendor gave you for free, however you should still be able to set the windows from the control panel.

    Hi everyone! i been continued to test new firmwares and Tlink versions for our "dear" TS10 headunits and I have gone trough over 100s of them and the newer firmwares usually mostly mess up more things than they bring anything useful.

    But this week i installed TS10.1.2_20230220.171000_WINDOW-THEME1 (NOTICE! this is for units with the 1.2 versions of the firmware, NOT for 2.2 or 1.1 or any other versions! and NOT for the vertical window ones).

    And on top of that did i install the new version of Tlink 2.0.18 to get a fully working Android Auto/Carplay.

    Which led to that i for the first time got a almost perfect working TS10. The only thing that was a bit tricky was to connect the phone to TLINK, but by trying several times (i removed the bluetooth connected units on my phone and headunit and re-connected) did it finally work wireless also (it worked directly with cable).

    New firmware is now released for the 1.2 WINDOW-THEME1 version - TS10.1.2_20220721.111654_WINDOW-THEME1 in this release have they now put back the FOTA that was removed in earlier versions.

    I spent this weekend digging deep into my headunit both looking at the hardware which made me think that if the Chinese manufacturers would put as much effort as they do in faking the hardware/software (Android version) and trying to block all software that will show that its not a Android 11 or 12 unit so could this unit be a great one.

    On the software side is the BIG problem that we have a firmware which is made for the chinese market and after that been remade again and again until its so messed up so you have to spend several months trying to find what you looking for and its filled of pincodes to enter settings. They messed up the basic settings for example autostart that will not work or the inbuilt microphone and Google Assistant because the Google settings is crippled. I really wish there will come a CLEAN version of the firmware which is like a Google Pixel phone without all the crap.

    The same with the preinstalled Theme app where that one now lately is called ilauncher http://ilauncher.net/ and you still need to pay for the extra themes (well if you have the Chinese version so are there free themes monthly but not otherwise) and where most people have no idea that if you upgrade it correctly will you have support now for Spotify where the songs and album cover will show up nicely in the stock theme.

    But there is still no support for the stock theme to use and show song names and covers for example Rocket Music player, PowerAmp, Musicolet, AIMP or Jet Audio Player instead do we need to use the inbuilt music/videoplayer that has a UI that makes me believe im back in the 80s again and just want to make me cry.....
