Well, the T10/S10 and TS10/S18 model should have the same components - BUT as we all know do the sellers sell units that is a mix of everything including there own "homemade" firmwares. So its impossible to say if a firmware is 100% compatible with your unit without knowing which seller you bought from and so on.

I have the 6G/64GB version. Does this exist or is it a fake?

On the page you linked to so is there no model with 6gb/64gb only 6gb/128gb (see picture) and the model is called Y10 and the 4gb/64gb version is called Y5. And as you can see is it two different launchers where the Y10 version has the 3 split window and none of the versions have the same stock launcher as i have on the firmwares im using.

If you have the above version can you please share whats the name of the firmware version you using.

Do you have problem with Google Maps in Android Auto/Carplay? and also in the Google Maps installed in the headunit used with 4G connection or a Wifi-hotspot?

Only with the one installed directely in the headunit. I have 4g on the unit, maps are saved in local memory, i have a good a quick 4g . I tried everything, check multiple time audio setting and updated the program but with no.luck

Mute state: Choose Unmuted

Guidance Volume: Choose Normal

Turn on the following if they are off

Play voice over Bluetooth

Play voice during phone calls

Play audio cues

---------------------------------
Try the different settings and use the PLAY TEST SOUND after every change and see if you get any sound.

I been trying to get the latest version of firmware from my seller because that firmware (not the WINDOW_THEME version) have several improvements including a weather widget baked into the stock firmware (see picture) but it seems impossible to get hold of that version. Because i got several firmwares now from the seller bur NONE of those is the version i want (see picture below).

Are you aware if there is a way to rip the firmware off of the unit to back it up before installing a new firmware? I cannot seem to find anything about it on this forum.

Let's see as much as I try the Tlink connection I can't get it to be used with the assistant so I don't have to touch the screen.
the microphone does not work correctly, I do not know if it is the fault of the Tlink app or some configuration that escapes me. I do not know I have tried several versions of Tlink but nothing is not understood with the mic. It will solve it... I'm using Tlink 1.7.7, there is a higher one that I don't see

Done and it is not working!! Even google assistant don't speak!!
It seems the my voice synthethizer keep crashing. If i go to ACCESSIBILITY voice synthethizer the app crash and close. Any suggestion?

First update all apps in Playstore - the two most important is:

1. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.googleassistant

2. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.googlequicksearchbox

The problem with the TS10 headunit is that its not usually just one menu setting you need to change and there is MANY menus on the headunit for example General, Orginal, System, Developer, Factory, More and Engineer.

One setting you can try is the one that member Sciux recommended in the beginning of this thread (see link)

Yes you can change - but the THEME1 version is better in the way it can be updated through OTA and that does not work on the WINDOW version. Atleast not on my version. Otherwise is the firmware almost identical except that the WINDOW version has a widget window. And to be honest is it better to just use a headunit launcher instead like Car Launcher Pro, FCC Car Launcher, CarWebGuru, Agama or someone else to get a theme as you like with windows, widget, background or whatever you want and like.

There is soo many different versions and some lacks several functions and others have it all. So the best is first to ask the seller that sold you the headunit for the latest version of firmware. And if that doesnt work (which it usually dont), see if the brand of the head unit you have has a homepage where you can download firmware. I myself have "scanned" the internet for firmwares and find most of them in chinese forums and seller pages.
