@SergioSh If your current software is TS10.1.2, The device will not detect TS10.2.2, It’s not compatible with your unit.

Can somebody help me installing this update?
When I enter local update option on my HU, the usb drive is not visible, but the HU does detect the usb (file manager).

This is what I have tried so far:
-Format USB drive on FAT32 (Kingston 32gb usb 3.2 brand new)
-Extract files from ZIP to root usb (7 files)
-Enabled USB debugging
-Restarted HU
-Tried connecting USB drive on both 4 Pin and 6 Pin connectors (both of them detect the usb drive, but not visible at local update)

*For some reason whenever I plug my freshly formatted drive with the 7 update files on the HU and plug it back on my pc, it says "Do you want to scan and fix the drive?

*Already tried 2 brand new Kingston 32gb usb drives and both are unrecognized when I want to update, but the HU does recognize them (file manager).

Hope somebody can help me, I don't know what else to try.

I don't believe your system is the same as the Topway TS units. Try searching for "Isudar" in forum posts.

yes i search but i cant find anything for v72,now i have firmware version 20210312,chineze say v72 it is out of date,no new update now i need to search help in xda forum,please ...

after ts10.1.2_20220507.095321 this update i have a problem with split screen. Beforce this update i can split screen yandex navigation with apple music but now i cant split screen apple music anymore.

Then you can only use TS10.1.1

This one is available, but with older date than your current one.

find key 1 or key 2 wire on main harness for radio power. ground the key wire to radio chassis or other metal frame. insert usb with correct firmare, press rst button. wait for reboot and update to start and remove key ground. let unit update completely before removing usb or powering off device.
