I believe you need to use magisk to install that, and I don't think the TS10 cooperates with that.

Joined the club! Got a TS10 6GB/128GB (TS10.2.2_20220629.144922_THEME1_V2) unit for my 2013 Vauxhall Astra and installed this week. It's pretty much worked out of the box in terms of Canbus, wheel controls, buttons and A/C.
The one thing (so far) that's bugging me is the door animations seem to be LHD only...
Has anyone worked out where/how to switch the door opening animation (as we're RHD here in the UK)?
For now I've switched it off...

I been jumping from firmware to firmware lately and every time does the menus change so im not 100% sure but if i remember right do you find the door settings under Factory settings (use code: 8888) and you should find "door info" or something similar if you cant find anything try using code: 123456 instead.

I've tried the 123456 for Factory settings on mine, pretty sure I checked all the options and couldn't see it anywhere in there - I'll take another look tomorrow; out of interest does 8888 bring up a different factory menu?
(my menus match the image from the manual)

Yes the 8888 and 123456 shows different menus (this depends also on which firmware you using). I will not get my car until friday so will get back to you when im able to see the menus in my car again if you dont find it until then.
By the way, check also under GENERAL if you have EXTRA SETTINGS (usually for High end Canbus) use code 123456 and look for Left Right peptide and change it for the correct one.
What is the full name of your installed firmware now? does it end with theme1, window-theme1 or something else like TW1-V2 or THEME-V2? its best to keep to the same. But if you had a TS10 1.2 unit does it work to change from THEME1 to WINDOW-THEME1 and the other way. Not sure if this will work on the TS10 2.2 version you have.
Also when you update firmware remember to keep to the one you using for example you have TS10 2.2 and that one is not compatible with TS10 1.2 firmwares because they have different hardware the same with TS10 1.1

It was under a weird "left right peptide" menu in the factory 8888 menu. Needed a reboot to make the door settings stick.

Great! yeah it is a mess with the menus. I myself is going back to the older versions (from early 2021) and forward to see the changes. And believe me its getting more messed up for each new version (in other words harder and harder to find what we need). And to be honest i really wish they would start from scratch again with the TS10 firmware and skip the pin codes and hidden menus.
Ok, I want to help clarify some of these menus for users of at least the latest firmware for either WINDOW or THEME1. Those are the only two I can confirm these menus for.
I didn't realise, until @CyberSwede said something, that the Factory menu does indeed have TWO different accesible menus depending on which password you enter. I will try to simply cover the available selections and not all of their submenus.
Lets start with the password of 8888. This will let you access these options. As you can see its pretty simple. Not many selections available.
Now for the 123456 menu. This menu has many more selections. "Engineer mode" is available under this menu.
As you can see, there are many selections here. I hope this helps others find the menus they need.

How did you fix it? I am having the same problem.I already fix, was only conector upside down
worked it out, plugs are upside down and have moved, pins remain the same as manual

Thanks, forgot to mention that I tried restarting several times and it still wasn't recognized. I've got the SIM connected as part of the 20-pin connector shown in the attached. I did reach out to the seller I purchased the head unit from on AliExpress, they said that "due to the suppression of Chinese technology by the United States, our 4G function cannot be used in the United States anymore."1After a year of trying to install the HD-DVR app on Pip window, I finally figured out how to do it.
In the PIP window app settings, only the options Waze, Multimedia Recorder, and Maps appear. If you want to choose another app, simply press and hold the icon of one of the apps shown for 5 seconds. You will see a list of all other installed apps. Choose your app, in my case, it's HD-DVR or ADAS. After selecting the new app, its icon will take the place of the one you want to replace. Now you can place any app you want in the PIP window.
In summary, it's not necessary to have a camera compatible with the launcher. You can use any camera, you only need to change the app list for the pip window.1@redlikemethodz bro,

987Hi everyone! i been continued to test new firmwares and Tlink versions for our "dear" TS10 headunits and I have gone trough over 100s of them and the newer firmwares usually mostly mess up more things than they bring anything useful.
But this week i installed TS10.1.2_20230220.171000_WINDOW-THEME1 (NOTICE! this is for units with the 1.2 versions of the firmware, NOT for 2.2 or 1.1 or any other versions! and NOT for the vertical window ones).
And on top of that did i install the new version of Tlink 2.0.18 to get a fully working Android Auto/Carplay.
Which led to that i for the first time got a almost perfect working TS10. The only thing that was a bit tricky was to connect the phone to TLINK, but by trying several times (i removed the bluetooth connected units on my phone and headunit and re-connected) did it finally work wireless also (it worked directly with cable).

First line should say hey Google access your assistant any time you say "hey Google" when your screen is on. Turn this off.
