Is there a comprehensive guide on how to get a Mobile Data SIM working on these units yet? I've gone through the factory reset steps on page 10, ensured that my card is activated and working on a cell phone, and verified APN settings.

Checked my sim card module, all wires are soldered correctly and the joints are still good.
I'm not sure what else to do from here.

Hello all,
I have latest version of 1.2 firmware WT1 and I have somehow setup that when the car speeds up the sounds is higher according to travel speed the volume increases and decreases with speed. For the love of God I cannot find that setting anymore, anyone knows where is it? Thank you!

I also have that setting... but with the latest firmware I no longer had the setting and I went back to the firmware that works, I have this: TS10.1.2_20220721.111654_WINDOW-THEME1

It is not vertical window but I informed you if it was the update that gave you problems.

I find the setting here, see picture:

I have a question, we have two same TS10 (Isudar T72) units but I've had window_theme1 os and second theme1. Theme1 is updated quite often - last update few days ago but window_thene stil stuck on wersiom from 2021. Do you know if i can somehow force unit to be upgraded?

I updated like this, see pictures...

But I don't own an "ISUDAR" but "JUSTNAVI".
The firmware is this, TS10.1.2_20220721.111654_WINDOW-THEME1

Edit:
I forgot, before upgrading for safety save everything you can save ... primarily the APK, you have the option from the "Settings"

From PC, unzip the contents in a fat32 formatted USB, turn on the radio, attach the stick and from the "System" menu update locally.

Yeah for me all of that is setup correctly. In SIM Card status, I see a number and everything looks correct. But status is always at disconnected and the Mobile Data page sees that it's TMobile but some reason it wont establish a connection.

Verified the IMEI, it's clean. Verified the SIM in another phone and it's still giving me issues on the head unit.

    Yeah. Calibration was needed for screen fix. Went to install all apps now. Will see if this new firmware fixed all the issues. I have some new one for now.

    - Reverse camera is black and white
    - There is no "floating bubble" for quick actions
    - Turning off 3D Door does nothing

    And I hope I do not find any more new issues, just things that are fixed with new firmware.

    Thanks, forgot to mention that I tried restarting several times and it still wasn't recognized. I've got the SIM connected as part of the 20-pin connector shown in the attached. I did reach out to the seller I purchased the head unit from on AliExpress, they said that "due to the suppression of Chinese technology by the United States, our 4G function cannot be used in the United States anymore."

    After a year of trying to install the HD-DVR app on Pip window, I finally figured out how to do it.

    In the PIP window app settings, only the options Waze, Multimedia Recorder, and Maps appear. If you want to choose another app, simply press and hold the icon of one of the apps shown for 5 seconds. You will see a list of all other installed apps. Choose your app, in my case, it's HD-DVR or ADAS. After selecting the new app, its icon will take the place of the one you want to replace. Now you can place any app you want in the PIP window.

    In summary, it's not necessary to have a camera compatible with the launcher. You can use any camera, you only need to change the app list for the pip window.

    If you can't find it in the archive/site I sent you, I don't know any other way.
    You could put the previous firmware, which is there, and then update via OTA.

    Hi everyone! i been continued to test new firmwares and Tlink versions for our "dear" TS10 headunits and I have gone trough over 100s of them and the newer firmwares usually mostly mess up more things than they bring anything useful.

    But this week i installed TS10.1.2_20230220.171000_WINDOW-THEME1 (NOTICE! this is for units with the 1.2 versions of the firmware, NOT for 2.2 or 1.1 or any other versions! and NOT for the vertical window ones).

    And on top of that did i install the new version of Tlink 2.0.18 to get a fully working Android Auto/Carplay.

    Which led to that i for the first time got a almost perfect working TS10. The only thing that was a bit tricky was to connect the phone to TLINK, but by trying several times (i removed the bluetooth connected units on my phone and headunit and re-connected) did it finally work wireless also (it worked directly with cable).

    Go to applications/car settings/ click on the left button ---more/ Google services and preferences/ click on account services/ search, assistant & voice/ voice/ voice match.
    First line should say hey Google access your assistant any time you say "hey Google" when your screen is on. Turn this off.
    This worked for me. I'll make a short video just in case
