Why not just flash twrp installer using the guide here then flash magisk after rebooting TWRP

when can get the raw room?

RAW rom hasn't been released yet. When it's released on TG I'm sure OP will update where the white text is.

I can link you to 2009.49 if that's any use here. Why not use that one and update to latest from there?

See above post, only 2009.49 released currently. Either use that and update from there to latest or wait a little while longer. Sometimes they can be 2 weeks in the making, but hopefully 1 week - 10 days. So not much longer

I downloaded the full rom from Asus website, the update was fine just dropping it at the root of internal storage. My is a chinese converted to WW firmware/fingerprint. All working fine so far.

The same with me, mine is tencent rog too. To my suprise, I managed to update it straight from a9 to a10 by manual update (dropped it at root). And it boot up fine. My god, luckily managed to avoid softbrick.
