New update (19.4.A.0.182) released

Good news. A new update for the T2 Ultra Dual D5322 was certified by PTCRB as of August 17th. Given the new branch (19.4), it is certainly Lollipop 5.1.1.

There is nothing in Xperifirm yet; i believe the roll-out will begin next week. Just in time for a new source to download and lose my mind trying to learn how to build an custom kernel for this thing.

Edit: The firmware (19.4.A.0.182) is avaliable in a few regions through Xperifirm. You can flash it now, or wait for the OTA update.

I believe it will be. Overall, 5.1.1. fixed MANY problems from the first Lollipop release (which was... really bad, to say at least). On top of Sony own improvements, it's going to be a solid update.

It gives me hope for a Marshmallow update down the line, which could definitely solve our low storage problem. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the heads up. MENA Arabic downloaded and installed successfully through Xperifirm. i'm going to try rooting it and Xposed later, let's see how it goes.

Yes, don't worry. I'm in Brazil, and the MENA Arabic variation works just fine.

Edit: Stagefright patched. And LOVELY play store transitions.

Use old version of the flashtool i also got same problem because creating fsc script is too complex. Its 100% safe to use old version just go fot it.

No luck, stuck at boot just like the previous firmware. Sony's fault, according to Rovo89 (Xposed creator), as seen on the official Xposed for Lollipop thread.
