Xposed is not working at the moment. Quote from the official Xposed for Lollipop thread:

- Sony seems to have shipped some ROMs with corrupted services.odex (the embedded .dex is invalid). Those ROMs will bootloop with a "Fatal signal 6" error, which unfortunately I cannot fix.

It's Sony fault. Either we wait until rovo89 to find a solution (unlikely, judging from his statement), hope for some developer to build a Xposed version specifically for these issues, or wait until Sony fix this and release a new firmware (i believe they're not even aware of this).

and does Bravia engine work on the pre-rooted firmware?

I knw bro......Haha ?.... Lol....actually me(pavansaragadam) only reported the problem of our phne to @rovo89 have a look it this

But I hope the Sony may fixed the bug

Currently I don't have this device nw so

If yu Could yu plz provide the full log of xposed after installing ? So that We can debug the issue

it just reboot and then notification 'could not install' appear and nothing changed..

My device rooted using Kinguser and many apps linked to sdcard using link2sd.
Should i upgrade/flash it via flashtool? it is will wipe all my data?

It will not update so far to remove the root.
Use the flashtools to upgrade
