can i use this file for manual update(move this file to root internal n restart phone) ?
im in ww 1910.35 n fingerprint ww 1910.35

No, this is the raw rom. You must unzip it and run Flashall_AFT with the phone in fastboot mode.

With this update, My phone sometimes freezes when I wake it up. It won't register any touches for about 10-15 seconds then it will start working again. Happened to me a few times already. I am not rooted. Before this version, I had 0 issues.

Same, I thought I am the only one having this issue after the update.

i use file in page one and update manual but its failed in 9%

Hmm, ordinarily yes, but as you're on 1908 it might not work, just put in root directory and restart device. If it doesn't update you might need to flash the raw rom instead

Thanks for the reply. I Try to move the file to the root but it failed to update. Note i get the file from asus website which is 1910.35.
Is that mean i have to flash from the beginning to be able to update my phone?

I cant remember, sorry, its your fingerprint definitely WW? If it is, then just download the raw 1910.44 and run flashall_AFT.cmd from fastboot, it won't erase anything

Same, I thought I am the only one having this issue after the update.

Ahh.. I am having the same issue too after updated.. But now I've disabled lift to wake and pocket mode and it seems so far so good, will monitor and update.

I've got WW 1910-45 fw, and noticing "Google Play Services" is inconsistent in battery drain with this FW.

Some days only 2% usage, others 16%.. I wish I could work out what is keeping it awake, considering i always use the memory cleaner (religiously!).. Some apps like Gopro App and Telegram were major contributors, so they've been deleted..

hi guys, im on tencent WW with version 1907.33 (followed CN to WW convert thread from this site). Can i just download this update directly and put it in the root folder? or do i also have to be rooted in order to move the file to the root folder?

sorry for the noob question. just switched to android from apple and it really is a pain in the a** to just update this phone

You can just copy the file to the root folder you dont have to be rooted ?
