No. This version is only for the Chinese version. The global Pie update will be out sometime in the 3rd quarter this year (July-Sept).

Android 9 removed my Playstore icon and I can't access it anymore. I contacted Vivo via Facebook messenger but what they suggested didn't work. I'm able to see some Google apps in there Chinese playstore but no Playstore to download. I have Playstore apk on my phone but when I try to install Vivo security services interfere and deny me the install. I I figure wiping my phone clean with a reinstall and reinstalling Google via there strore app might get me the Playstore back.
