To perform a factory reset I must choose the "Erase all data" option ? I'm good ?
Yes.
Don’t click format phone storage because you will delete everything personal data from internal storage like photo,video,music or any files you had store.

Where did you purchased the device you are having?
I’ve talked to Vivo support and there’s no any plans for LDAC support through software update.
Furthermore there’s any new version when checking my device.

Interesting, so far up to this moment, I have not seen any update yet.
Maybe takes couple of days to be shown to everyone.
unfortunately I had problems after this update. Whatsapp notifications not received anymore, only when I wake up the terminal, I find them since hours.. I had to sell it.

Too bad

Can anyone else confirm if newer update push notifications working with all app as normal.

I can confirm SofaScore app notifications do not work properly (when I'm connected to wifi then it works normally) ... notifications come with a lot of delay and it happens from the first day ... I'm currently on 1.19.5 version

My device is in 1.17.11 and does not find updates
I contacted Vivo support and send them the above screenshot and said it’s fake.
There’s no any kind new software version.
Neither LDAC support.

Latest software version is 1.19.5

No I don’t since got the update OTA.

I don’t know if Vivo provide full rom to upgrade manually through stock recovery.

You can search through Vivo Chinese support page .



Or you can try Vivo Mobile Assistant app on PC and to upgrade that way.

Anyway personally I still have problems with notifications after this damn update.
I've reset the phone, reinstalled Whatsapp, any permission given but nothing has changed: sometimes the notifications arrive sometimes not, and I need to enter the program and so it wakes up.

Personally I think the Nex is the best phone in the market (despite the undertone camera and what I'm talking about) and I will keep it, but I do not recommend updating the system and I hope it will be corrected this s*it and restored as it was before.

Yes unfortunately WhatsApp notifications don’t work all time as it should,most of the time yes but there’s time that doesn’t work.

Same thing with Outlook and Gmail.

And problem starts after 2 September software update(first at earlier of the month and second at end of the month)

Before everything was normal.

We should contact to Vivo support via Facebook messenger and notified them that should resolve the issues.

We are 2018 and we shouldn’t had talked to that kind of issue these days.

Really embarrassing to Vivo software.

We already did that.
That’s first thing doing when setup phone.
I’ve own many smartphone latest 2-3 years from different OEM and Vivo it’s first of having such issue.

Notifications it’s fundamental aspect modern smartphone and everything should had worked excellent all time.
