new update crash play store

Anyone updated...
It crashes my play store. Now looks like I can't update any app in the storestore

Right, i got the same problem. No update and no possibility to install a new app.

Same here. This is ridiculous! We all need to alert vivo immediately.

If yes then I’m not gone install it.

Everyone did the update should talk to Vivo support via Facebook messenger to let them know for the issue caused by new update.

Have all of you clear data/cache both play store and google services??

Or download via apk mirror newer version both if you are out of date.

Maybe things get resolved.

Can you perform download new app or updating existing one as normal??

That’s the issue previous users said.

I’ve already blocked system update until clarification of this issue.

Oh, yes... sorry.
When i try to download an app, it crashs :/

Strangely no ppl complain about it in the China vivo forum

They are aware of the issue since got many feedback and will resolve it,they are already software department working on that as told me via messenger.

Good for you! Mine was updated a couple of days ago. At least this time they responded in the VIVO.com forum that they acknowledged the issue and is trying to fix it. Actually what they should do is to rename the previous version and let us reflash it rather than waiting for their engineers to find out what went wrong.

While I love this phone I absolutely hate the software! I think I'm going to hate their software engineers soon!:angel:
