They rollout in increments...

First day they roll out to about 10%
Few days later to about 20%
And then finally *if* everything is sailing smoothly they will roll it out to everyone.

Well alright than, I got it installed all good now. Ran Antutu bench for giggles and it is benching higher than it did yesterday when i was on custom rooted rom. Just below the OnePlus One according to the result I just got. Seems that Lollipop streamlined some stuff apparently, UX Runtime got a boost, CPU Integer, CPU Float, Ram, 2d and 3d Graphics and Storage all saw a boost from what I had yesterday before updating. That is just stock, can't wait to see how much all the devs. optimizing things can make this phone do .

Note 3 lollipop = OnePlusOne Cryogen Mod <---- Cryogen sounds cooler maybe?

I like how this update came out right after I got my one plus one. I am still using my 1+1, but it is still funny. I am probably going to an update for my note 3 just for shins and giggles. Hopefully we can get an unlocked bootloader, so I can dual wield awesome devices.

You can try manually pushing the date out on the device and seeing if the OTA works

My Note 3 AT&T was rooted with kitkat 4.4.2. Last night, I re-enabled the OTA app to update my phone, but the update failed because it was rooted. I had to Odin back to original NC2 image and installed lollipop update.

I will test today the GPS to see how it works and check if I lose the signal like it happened on NL1 update.

I updated mine from NC2 ROM to Lollipop with no problem. You don't have to be on NL1 (4.4.4).

adb sideload the zip, correct? And no data wipe after? As in, all previous apps , etc intact? Everything still on internal storage?

Not directly rootable, but it's possible to update to a prerooted version or flash back to a vulnerable version and take the prerooted route. http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/update-procedure-lollipop-5-0-oc1-t3063760

Are you guys missing the pinning option and the guest mode and the torch selection from quick setting? I can't believe Samsung took out guest mode like wtf.
