Is it worth doing a factory data reset after an update. We mine feels a little sluggish.
Wouldn't it wipe all your apps? Maybe simple reset with a pin in the hole will do?

I haven't updated mine - going to check how many of my PS3 controllers are charged in meantime.

I don't mind it wiping, and as long as my homescreen in smooth and not laggy, and should I reset the pin then? Does that loose the update?

Wallpapers don't seem to be too high res even though the image is....

I don't think you will lose the update doing either of the two resets. firmware Updates by sony are meant to be unreversable.

Installed Last night and had a quick blast.

Pad linking was easy although my pad is dead atm so had to use it wired. Played a bit of crash bandicoot and it worked fine.

The pad wouldnt work in Asphalt 6 though :( Going to try some more stuff tongith and maybe install some emulators

wow, ps3 control pad works great, plugged it in and it was detected, hit sync and now I can play wirelessly.

GTA3 works great with it, I just hit the ps button to activate the wireless controller and it switched from touch to control pad.

This is the reason I chose the Sony over other tablets, it seems they are nailing the support for gamers.

Used a cheapo adapter off ebay to sync it up and the Controller works well.

Doesnt seem to want to work to well with Onlive though. Dpad works but buttons dont look mapped correctly

Did some more testing and finally got two controllers working but not via bluetooth. I used a usb hub connected a thrustmaster and logitech gamepad (i think its also possible to use ps3 pads with usb cable). Then configured drivers for them with the app USB/BT Joystick center (obviously u have to assign different keys for each pad). After that I fired up fpse with tekken 3 and assigned the hardwarekeys of the two pads in input settings. Vola. This should also work with other emus like snesoid etc..

Same in Sweden, no reference to ps3 controller support in updated notes. I tried it anyway, and I can confirm it works excellent to pair and use. ;)

i finnaly got the update three days ago, but now i tried to connect a ps3 controller trough the sixaxis pairtool earlier mentioned
but that does not work but i used a cheap otg adapter from DX and that worked great,
so now i can use it for mostly all of my games the only thing everybody wants now is root acces

Ok guys, stupid question...
How to connect the ps3 pad.. I have a otg cable, on one end, usb to the s tab, and the other end regular usb.. I assume I will need an adaptor of some sort to connnect cables, or is there any other way?
