New Voltage Control app

Hey all, what are the chances that a dev could make a new voltage control app, being that the old one I used is no longer supported other than a few certain kernals for the galaxy s?

I have a captivate and a fascinate, and the voltage control app I have from a previous rom still works with the captivate, but will not install to my fascinate. The latest version of the app only works with supported kernals now.

I would really love to see someone create another app similar to it that would be compatible with all kernals like the previous one, and is also compatible with the fascinate.

What are the chances that this is possible?

I considered posting this in apps and themes, but a developer would need to develop this, so this might be the right place to get exposure to people that could make this happen. My thoughts anyway but thanks for posting...
