Hi, I'm new to the android scene and could use a little help. I have a captivate and have rooted it. I tried using voodoo lagfix and now my home button only works like the back button. is there any fix to this? I've disable voodoo and it doesn't solve the problem.

any suggestions or do I need to flash it? if I do need to flash it is there any very newbie friendly tutorial out there?

thanks in advance

What did you flash in oder to get voodoo? You can get your home button back but you will have to flash something else. My suggestion is to odin back to stock and then flash a custom rom.

Odin can be found in the captivate development section, as long as you have a windows pc this will be your best friend.

The reason you lost your home button is because you are likely on a I900 variation, and the I900 phones do not have a home button.

If you want help I should be able to guide you through. Are you at&t or Rogers?
