Newbie question: Is there a safe rom to use?

Hey I just got the le 2 and am considering one of the custom roms, but I dont want problems and frequent debugging or installing new roms. Are there any safe reliable roms you can recommend or should I stay with the stock android 6.

I am insterested in PixelExperienc or Lineage OS 15.1 or 16
