I recently bought a refurb G930P Factory Unlocked. In Dev option, I see the toggle for OEM Unlock is enabled but set to off right now. Does it mean:
  1. I can flash TWRP? Which version/variant?
  2. I can flash custom ROM? Which version?
  3. What is the diff from SM-G930U?
  4. Since I bought this phone refurb, I don't care about Knox tripping?

It was on Marshmallow, BL5. But I took all the OTA upgrade it is now G930PVPS7CRH2. Yeah I shouldn't have made it BL7, but I was too frustrated that Gear VR won't recognize the phone, so I thought upgrading to Oreo would fix it, but it didn't!

Just means you can use it on another carrier that supports it. Since you are on b7, you are pretty much stuck there.

As much as I hate the bloatware, I rather keep Samsung Pay, so BL7 is not the worse it could happen. So the OEM unlock is not for allow flashing? Again it is not too big a deal, just learning. I do wish I can root, so I can install Daydream.

did you try to clean it? use a tiny file, a needle or just a wire, make them rougher on concrete surface. then gently clean the pins, try not to short them.

No, I just clean it with eraser. Don't want to scratch it because the seller already approved for exchange.
