The phone won't charge and will occasionally show the green start screen but won't go beyond that.
From what I gather I need to flash the ROM - I'm pretty sure I have the correct ROM but I really don't know how to flash it...
Do I need an SD card in the device?
I have Windows 10...
I tried installing ADB but I don't really know what I'm doing.
Doesn't help that it will only stay in fastboot for about a minute... I think the battery won't charge (even though its new)
Sorry this is a whole new world to me and I don't really know what I'm doing.
