This is the newest ROMS for regions.

Ser is russian, and is dedicated for 9190 !!!!
It got english without problem. You can change csc by uploading it manually from odin.

In the download menu i see down under a line like "WRITE PROTECT Enable"
What this mean?
can i flash the prerooted rom?
