Hello guys, I wrote to Oppo 3 days ago telling that I'm not happy at all with the lack of software update.
And they answer me.
This is what I wrote:
"Hello, my name is Lucas, I have the Oppo Find x, chinese version (PAFM00), for almost a year.
At first I was happy with the phone, but now I'm not happy at all with the software. It's unacceptable that we are still stuck in Android 8.0 !! Most of other companies are updating their phones (with similar release date than the Find X) to Android 10 !! I'm not even wanting Android 10, but at least Android 9 !! We' re talking about a phone that was released a year and a half ago and we are still with the same Android version!!
I have read in some forums that you have a trial version for some regions of the phone (India,for example), but I don't want a trial version, I want a stable version. Besides, I know it's chinese version, but why don't you add multilanguage? Lot of other manufacturers even the chinese version is multilanguage (oneplus, xiaomi, honor, huawei, vivo, etc).
So please, when will you release the update via OTA to Android 9.0 for the Oppo find X chinese version? Will you add more languages?

We understand that you would like to have a ColorOS update for your OPPO Find X as well as the concern to have a multilanguage option on your device.
In regards to the update, please be advised that the software on a device is distributed to be best-fit with the hardware. Although we have not launched any upgrades for some models, but the updates under the same Android and ColorOS version, as well as the Android Security Patch, are always up-to-date. Please be worry-free on this. Moreover, we will announce a series of upgrades and updates for OPPO phones. Please stay tuned with us for future product updates!
For your concern to add a multilanguage for your OPPO Find X Chinese version, please be advised that the phone is designed to where it was released, however, we will take this as a feedback for future product enhancement.
We hope for your understanding for this matter".
So, to sum up, there's no Even an approximately date to release Android 9 for Color OS 6 in our Find x Chinese version.
And more over, forget about having multilanguage.
This is the last time I WILL Buy an Oppo phone.
