you dont have to run rma first.
i am not sure if anything files were removed. i just use my tablet as usual. no factory reset. bravia engine 2 sticks.

Okay, thank you! Sony Entertainment Network and etc. still work, right? I'll try the root tool later! Hopefully there's a unroot tool later on though.
