Just for clarification: the issue was not with IMEI, but with the SIM cards not being recognized when a SIP-account in the Android phone app has been configured.

I had this as well, removal of the SIP account (I mainly use a 3rd party app anyway) solved that issue - 3.2.0. up and running very nicely here (also in Germany :D )
Thank you, I'll change the main post.

Signal sluggish to switch or just randomly drops out to no service available and wifi signal is weaker on 3.2 compared to 3.1.3
I've noticed the switch from WiFi to mobile data doesn't happen at all for me, I have to tap on the signal icon in quick settings to enable mobile data. I have enabled aggressive WiFi to mobile handover, will have to wait and see if it solves the problem. Everything else works just fine though.

I flashed the signed zip for 3.2.0 yesterday and I cant report any major issues. However, searching for a signal definitely takes longer than on 3.1.2. I use airplane mode a lot and whenever I would turn it off on 3.1.2 it took about 2/3 seconds for the phone to regain full signal strength but on 3.2.0 it takes about 10 seconds sometimes. Its a bit annoying but I can live with it!

Another strange bug I've just noticed, battery stats is telling me I've been on WiFi pretty much all day when in fact I spent at least 8 hours in the wilderness with no WiFi.

Have you disabled Wifi and Bluetooth scanning in location settings?

I believe this is an Android 6.0.1 bug. If you leave wifi and don't turn it off before you leave, it reports that it's still on.

This happened to me on OOS 3.1.2 as well
Since lollipop this is a know issue when using a screen overlay app like twilight, f.lux, ... I was using twilight on my other phones and had to pause before changing permissions.
I don't have this problem anymore with my opo3 OOS 3.1.2
It's weird some phones have this issue.. ?

had no issues here with the update. although i didn't get or take an OTA. i flashed stock recovery and flashed the entire rom and started fresh by sideloading it.

I'm a German user and have it already. For me none of the posted issues apply. Even two SIM cards in the phone (Telekom and Congstar).

I just don't see any improvements. The sRGB mode is not useful as white turns into yellow which looks bad.
I'm in the UK and sideloaded the 3.2.0 updated, I see none of the issues. Don't really like sRGB.

One thing that I notice with the new OTA, is that the Dynamic Display option is a bit wonky... The phone doesn't seem to adjust it very well... One minute it is fine, then it just goes really dark and the light in the room didn't change... So I had to disable it...
