I get around 3 to 3.5 hour of it

It's working great then. I would not replace the battery if I'm getting this much SOT. It can still serve you

What ROM\Kernel are you on? What are your settings? Brightness, Location, 2G-3G, network signal strength...

Most on 3g with WiFi BT GPS off, manual brightness to lowest possible, also mobile heating a bit. I'm on cm12.1 with stock cm kernel. Used stock 5.1 ROM and battery life is almost same. My mobile is 2yrs old and used extensively buy now sot only 2-2.30 hrs using vodafone 3g in kolkata. Should I change the battery?

Touchscreen dead zones and screen/digitizer replacement

My N4 is a paperweight since last couple of months because of the touch screen unresponsiveness. Phone developed two horizontal dead zones at the center and near the power button for about 1 cm width. Tried every software mod/hack without any success. As a final step, thinking of replacing the screen/digitizer. Has anybody here faced the similar issue and solved it successfully by replacing the screen/digitizer? I've read somewhere that even after changing them the dead zone issue was back. Pls suggest.

I faced the same issue. The lower part of my screen, the area has the navigation keys wasn't functioning. I got it replaced at lg service center and everything is fine. Costs around 5k.

Mine seems unresponsive most of the times and needs to be pressed a lot of time before it works.

I also sometimes feel that it's not working. So I stopped using it

I use volume rockers to wake the phone and double tap on status bar (or navigation bar) to sleep it :thumbup:

It's too difficult to separate digitizer from the LCD; so it's always advised to replace the entire display assembly
