Hard to say as your screen shots are missing information. The second one you want to scroll down or use 2 to capture the full list and then also tap Screen it will tell the screen on time for the charge
Only 7 hours of the charger is pretty rough, but you were using it on and off for almost the entire duration. I imagine your screen time won't be too high as looks like the main drain was streaming music with Google Play which means less battery for using the screen. The weak signal throughout most of the 7 hours won't be doing the battery any favors and probably causing increased idle drain even on WiFi.
