I have the dreaded bootloop on my Nexus 5x. I hadnt flashed the device or run any beta OS'. I had the stock 7.1 image and all of a sudden, pulled the phone out of my pocket and bootloop. I tried my best to flash the phone to remove my data but i am unsure it stayed on long enough. It went through and did its thing in the bootloader and got to the erasing screen for about a second and shut off. My question is, now that devices are encrypted. Should any remaining files on the device be unreachable from technicians? Not that I had anything important anyway it was just a curiosity.
