Give this a try. With the phone charged take the battery out press volume up and power button then insert the battery. If that does not work take batter out press the volume up and power button again but this time insert the charger and battery while holding. If you succeed with any of this two methods install a different kernel original on if possible.

what to do now .?
"This Solution is only for Galaxy nexus s i9023"
Note:- First of all you need to know that you will never have back light or any animation in your phone
after wrong flash.

1. Put your phone in to Download Mode using jig or by holding Volume Up and Volume Down, and then clicking the Power
2. Just Flash PDA,BOOT,CSC Using Z3X BOX If All ok then..........
3. Flash PDA and Modem using ODIN
4. Enjoy.

That happened to me after flashing the wrong Matrix kernel. I accidentally flashed the stock version of the kernel and all i got was a black screen. You should be able to boot into bootloader with Volume Up and Power. The re-flash the cm version of the kernel.
