Hi all,

I am developing an Android app to be ran on tablets and going to use Huawei Watch 2 as an NFC tag. Can I run the watch in card emulation mode? I didn't buy the watch so I cannot try it in practice.

Yes you can. I successfully emulated my mifare classic access card on my rooted Watch 2 using this app: {Mod edit: Link to paid application removed. Oswald Boelcke, Senior Moderator}

SImply unlock bootloader using adb commands, flash twrp and a custom rom.
