NFC doesn't switch off

I have AR HD 43.0 and I have this problem, NFC is in ON but disabled and I can't switch off! It drain a lot of battery ?(50% in 5 min.) I have already reinstalled the rom with wipe.

Is your firmware up to date? In bootloader, what does it say for OS number, hboot number, and radio number?

Firmware looks okay (OS number).

Have you looked to see if this is a reported problem in the ARHD thread?
