Night Mode with latest soak test?

Hi,
I am currently on the December security patch.

I tried downloading Night Mode Enabler, but even after that I cannot find the quick settings tile.
Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

First of all night mode works if you have enabled system ui tuner and second it's the official nougat update not a soak test

I downloaded night mode enabler enabled system ui tuner and turned night mode on it worked smoothly as it is supposed to work

It needs your phone to be rooted to work. If you haven't rooted your stock Nougat, do that.

If you don't want to, there is a way to get it working by sending some adb commands to your phone. I think they have mentioned this in splash screen/main screen of the Night Mode enabler app.
