Thats never a clever idea.

I dont know the solution. Sorry.
Great to hearWell i just thought of switching version too but i tried reflashing nikgapps and seems it does the trick. No more fc as of now. Thank you for the effort
Been using this rom for just 5 days, and so far after the latest update, this was my first fc on google apps, still testing the rom thoughGreat to hear
I tried that also at that time, but didnt work for me. Many FC's on google apps
Well, I tried F1xy v0.7 on the 17-Jan build.Actually, Stormbreaker kernel is better for battery life. F1xy is more performance oriented.
No proble here.I'm experiencing problem with taking photos
I'm on the latest ArrowOS. Neither GCam nor GCam go works. This issue didn't occur till recently.
I'm also on the gapps version. I cleaned the cache and data for the camera app. Seems like only gcam has the problem, no other camera apps has the same issue. No proble here.
Did you clean cache and data for the camera apps?
What version of ArrowOS are you using? I am on gapps-version
Are you using the latest firmware? Kindly read the main post. Flash the latest firmware for your device. (12.0.7).I'm experiencing problem with taking photos

Revert to stock boot image and DTBO and flash Stormbreaker.Well, I tried F1xy v0.7 on the 17-Jan build.
In less than 24 hrs I had a frozen screen and needed to reboot. I never had this issue with stock kernel of Arrow OS.
Yes, but flash the latest firmware + Vendor first before flashing the ROM. Also, formatting /data comes AFTER you have flashed firmware, vendor and ROM.can i just flash the rom like normally? (wipe data, dalvic, cache, without wiping internal ) from aosp based rom?
or i should go back to miui first and then install?
Why dont you switch the sim-cards?Every time i update (via the updater) the phone forgets that i had data enabled on SIM 2. So after reboot data is disabled, and if i enable it it will enable it for SIM 1. Burned a couple tens of MB on a wrong SIM that way .
I'm also on the gapps version. I cleaned the cache and data for the camera app. Seems like only gcam has the problem, no other camera apps has the same issue.
Found solution! Turns out something wrong with internal SD card. I format it and reset it as internal - problem solved! The gcam that is included in the rom is giving error? Or anothet gcam.
I just tested the Camera Go (included in the rom) and i installed MGC... Both work
what do you mean by yes? so i can just flash arrowos and not flash miui first? i'm on resurrection remix nowYes, but flash the latest firmware + Vendor first before flashing the ROM. Also, formatting /data comes AFTER you have flashed firmware, vendor and ROM.
I had also. With version 0.06 and 0.07 frozen screen and reboots.Well, I tried F1xy v0.7 on the 17-Jan build.

Update -09Hello.
Does anyone have any working TWRP for Surya model ?
I see that the developer Brigudav seems to have given up on developing TWRP for Surya.
TWRP by Brigudav Official website
So is there any replacement ?
Thank you very much.
To everyone, please STOP this misconception about having the need to flash magisk in order to pass safety net. Do read the OP I've clearly mentioned there's no need of a magisk or modules for safety net. Device is certified and passes safety net out of the box without need of any modifications.Mission Impossible in all custom ROMs !
1. Safetynet check the bootloader status and will automatically fail if magisk is not installed (Magisk Hide ON must be applied for this) !
2. Furthermore, now you have to install the safetynet-fix module to make your banking apps working !
3. Finally, you must hide Magisk Manager.apk with a random name too (Magisk Settings)
