DT2W is working now but the magnetic cover still not working

It's not working at mi pad 4 plus (both devices has same rom)
Since kernel source has been released, all bugs will solve soon....
What about battery backup?????Works good, no issues so far.
Not Sure what exactly you mean, not used device (Pad 4 plus) a lot since Installation., But battery drain etc Looks fine. No Backup of battery done...

Auto-rotate will be lost if you wipe the persist partition.
You will need to install official Chinese stable firmware MIUI (zip for recovery through twrp).
Details (instruction from 4pda):
What you need to do if autorotate isn't working:
1) flash twrp in fastboot, reboot in twrp
2) TWRP:
wipe data/cache/system
flash Chinese stable MIUI zip. reboot в system
wait when MIUI loaded, reboot in twrp (maybe you will need to repeat step 1)
3) Wipe data/cache/system
3) Flash Mokee + gapps pico. Reboot in system
4) Profit
