I had the same experience with every rom I tried.
I had to reboot every 4-5 days. Which, to me, is nothing (I reboot my PC at least once a day )
I do not think it's CM's fault, it's the combination of our RAM + the way Android manages it.

I reboot my phone no more than once a month, and my PC even rarely.
If my device can handle RAM management to run such a long time without memory leakage (which is one common cause for such heaviness) then I'm sure that yous can do it to.
I truly recommend to switch to 10.1 and give it a try NOT reboot the device for a long time; it works fine for me.
As 10.1 and 10 are compatible, you don't need to factory reset your device (therefore no need for titanium backup) and you can easily switch between the two.

If I need to reboot my device every few days, then CM missed its point on 10.
None of the other versions ever required such a bad restriction, and it's unacceptable.
One question for you - do you schedule these reboots, or do you do it as it starts to.. lag?

The fact is that after boot the phone is lighting fast! But with time responsiveness decreases till exasperation.
Increasing lagginnes and need to restart after 4-5 day is also my problem, even on 10.1; it seems there is some memory leak somewhere...
So, to me is +1!

If I recall after the stable version there where just a few more nightlies and then CM switched to CM 10.1.

What you're probably looking for is the 25th December 2012 nightly, the last official one. Don't know where to find it but it shouldn't be much of a problem with a little google fighting.
