Well, this sucks! I got the black case today. I love the feel and design. The gray rubber frame kills it for me, though. I was hoping for black front like the others. At least it looks like the other colors are have the black rubber.

Oh well, in the junk drawer it goes. The Tech21 goes back on.

Put it on craigslist and make a profit. My orange bumber is being delivered today. Only took 10 days from China.

Do you have to pay to ship it back? I also got mine today. I like it but it just adds a tad more bulk then my Insignia case plus doesn't come out of shorts as easy. I like how the orange looks with the black G3 though. I'll see how I like it in a few days but only cost 7 bucks so no big deal. I'll post pictures in the morning.

I have a black one in hand and a blue one on the way. I will let them both go for $10 shipped (2 cases) regular mail if someone wants them. I just didn;t care for them.

I'm kind of bummed. I like the looks of the orange case a lot but just adds a tad more bulk then I thought it would. It protects the phone pretty good. I guess I'll go back to my Insignia case. I just didn't want a all black case. Wish LG would come out with a Vest case like the Flex had. It protected the corners and didn't add any bulk.

Guys, I've just received mine ordered on eBay UK.
Looks great - I don't like any cases at all but this one looks pretty amazing.
I've broken screen in my one month old phone - first time in my life - so this time I've decide to add some protection.
Front frame is approx 2mm above the screen so I hope will help protect the screen.

My one is in orange so the orange part looks like made from plastic but soft.
Black parts looks like made from rubber - good grip.
Fits very well however the front left and right border could fit better - maybe it's to early to judge, maybe need some time to fit well.
Back fits very well.

Any updates on Qi chargers with this case? looking for one to fit between the bumper edges and sit flush with the phone back for a magnetic mount. The width max is about 2". Most chargers im finding are over 3" with a few at 2.5".

Good question mate. I never used QI charger and I just wonder do they must touch the phone?
As you know the G3 it's curved on the back so even if you put the phone on the charger the contact will be only on the centre if you know what I mean

BTW. after 6 days with the case I can say the case it's great
Looks 'light' so doesn't make 'heavy look' and it's almost like a part of the phone

I have this case in black and want to love it but the bare back just leaves me feeling uncomfortable. I cringed the one time I dropped my phone with this case on on concrete pavement. Never again. If you like border cases check out Supcase :good:

(For those that were wondering) The case works just fine with the Tylt Vu wireless charger and no, the phone does not need to be directly in contact with the surface of QI charger for charging to take place. As long as the space isn't substantial or case isn't made of metal it'll work just fine
