No 4G or 3g

Hi , I'm Omar and I have a note 3 from t-mobile I been having a problem from last week and that I only have 2g and the 3g or the 4G isn't working pls help me.

Is there anything you did recently that might have changed why your 3G or 4G signal isn't working? Was it working great before?

hey there, my mobile getting freeze when i change GSM to LTE in network settings, i want to use my 3gb mobile data but if i select LTE my device freezes after 3-4 minutes and it wont work until i remove and connect the battery, my galaxy note 3 t-mobile running on AOKP rom, android 7.1.2 with synergy kernel, any help please
