Any one from here having this problem, if i got to he market on a pc it says I do not have a valid device!! But can still use it from the tablet. Over on Modaco apparantly this is due to google realising that the vega was being used when it wasn't meant to be... or simular!!
So at the moment can only get apps from the tablet, bit of an ass pain seeing as i just lost all of mine and the easiest way to get back is from the market on the pc!!
Hope it gets sorted soon, im tempted to get an Ipad2 and just say feck it!!

That's a known issue, no solution yet. But if it frustrates you that much, do yourself a favor and do shell out the extra money for an iPad.

you might not have the market, but you can still install APK's, and there are other ways of getting them than through the market.

try getjar, just tell it you have a different device, like the galaxy S for example.
then use the program to download what you want as an APK, then just install it

Hi foxguary, I sympathise with you 100%, especially as when I got mine it had no market on all I knew was Modacco, who's sole advice it was to install their ROM and either put up with ads or pay.

These are the kind of issues that we do face on android because google thinks they are doing us a favour letting us use an OS "the world wrote". I would like to say please stick with it, if nesecarry keep the apk's on your PC or use clockworkMOD to backup your device with your fav apps on it!
