No audio at all

I have a problem.
the microphone does not work, neither the speakers.
I can not record videos with the camera or make calls because the phone freezes.
I can not watch videos on YouTube that have sound.
I already did factory reset and even install the kdz. but the problem persists. Does anyone have any idea what it can be?

Edit: I run adb logcat and show thist

Open /proc/asound/card---/state failed : No such file or directory
