Network is working again. The tool from the first link in my first post did it. Maybe also flashing combination firmware helped. I flashed it, and the network was working. Then flashed normal U firmware, and cell network was broken again. Perhaps combination firmware and the tool from the link both helped to solve the issue in the end.
